What can WinTAPS do for my business?  Rather than give you a list of features, we asked some of our existing users for their comments about WinTAPS. What users say

In what way has WinTAPS helped your business?
"It has made Patient and Financial Information dynamic and easy to process, so I can assess how the clinic is performing financially. I don't really need my bookkeeper now. "I can see how effectively the diary system is running. I can see immediately where referrals are coming from; therefore, I know where to target my marketing.  "It has enabled me to become a much more effective businesswoman, rather than a good physiotherapist with a business."

Does it save time, and if so, how much?
"As I can now access information so easily, I find I am learning more and more about my business. I can make decisions based on the information in WinTAPS, and this has given me confidence to develop my business. I would have been overwhelmed before.
"Time saving is difficult to calculate as I now treat more patients with my time, hence earn more money. Any problems or queries I have had have been immediately answered by Madeleine or Richard on the Help Desk."

What do you like best about WinTAPS? Which aspects do you find the most useful? "I like the fact I still am learning about WinTAPS. As I become adept with one aspect of WinTAPS, I can then take on the next."

If another Physio asked you "Why should I get WinTAPS?" what would you say to them? "I haven't looked back. WinTAPS has given a professional edge to my business. This instils confidence in clients, GPs, Consultants and so on. It's an excellent investment."
Lindsey Anderson, Grad. Dip. Phys. Marple Bridge Physiotherapy Clinic.

In what way has WinTAPS helped your business?
"Allows easier correspondence and financial management than previous system (PPAS)."

Does it save time, and if so, how much?
"This is difficult to assess, but all involved with my private practice can use the software so that high-earning staff input is minimised."

What do you like best about WinTAPS? Which aspects do you find the most useful?
"Easy and logical 'desktop' with a Windows feel to it."s

If another Consultant or Physio or Practitioner asked you "Why should I get WinTAPS?" what would you say to them?
"Because it has worked for my practice. Buy it!"
D.H., Consultant Gynaecologist, UK.

In what way has WinTAPS helped your business?
WinTAPS has been a wonderful help to the accounting process that I use for a busy private surgical practice. The program produces an excellent invoice that is easy for anyone to simply understand, it allows auditing of a number of features and as such has made the accounting side of the business much less of a chore.

Does it save time, and if so, how much?
Although a little time is necessary in order to feel comfortable with the workings of WinTAPS it is a far simpler program than any other that I have used or tried. Compared with the days of hand written individual invoicing I believe that it saves me about 4 hours per week. Even compared with a similar computerised accounting program, it is at least twice as quick. The application of the windows program allows for speed.

What do you like best about WinTAPS? Which aspects do you find the most useful?1) Speed
2) Ease of use
3) Short learning curve
4) Price
5) Quality technical back up
6) Regular updates
7) Audit capability.

If another Physio or Consultant asked you "Why should I get WinTAPS?", what would you say to them? This is a top-level private practice accounting package for a very reasonable price. It is going to be one of the market leaders for many years. Although it needs no improvements as it stands, the technical staff are constantly striving to add useful aspects to the program and most importantly they are prepared to listen to us, the people who buy and use WinTAPS, in order to make it even better.
Mike Scott, Consultant General Surgeon, Whiston and St Helens Hospitals.
